• Horrendous DO NOT USE THESE TAXIS I waited over an hour after the time it was booked. When I rang to see what was happening the 1st call they said he's on his way. 2nd time he's on his way. 3rd time he said he's on his f'n way I didn't take the f'n booking. I'm absolutely gobsmacked and stuck. When the driver eventually turned up 60 minutes later he was a lovely guy. But this is not acceptable.

• Not showing up to take a child to an urgent care appointment booked 2 hours prior then hanging up when you try and call ! If I could give you no stars I would.
