I took my car to Advanced Motorcare for a full service having seen positive reviews online. They did not disappoint. I needed the car back by 3pm and it was done in good time. When I had a query about the invoice they took the time to resolve this over the phone. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Motorcare and I will be using them again in the future.

main dealer level of service at about half the price . why go anywhere else ?

Been here twice for specialist jobs on my Volvo. Only don't go all the time due to distance. First time Adrian advised me to take car to Volvo dealer as repair should be done for free under warranty. He could have not told me this and taken over £1000 for the repair. I'm sure many garages would have! Second time he diagnosed my fault from my email, booked in, done in the day and car back all sorted when other garages weren't able to diagnose the fault properly. Will not hesitate to use again for anything that requires specialist knowledge of the car. Thanks again.

Not a good experience took my Mercedes ml a few years ago now granted but still, had a engine service oil and filter and a gearbox service on picking car up oil all over drivers seat , had to tell them to stamp service record and theyd not put enough oil in gearbox, had to go to gearbox specialist in Leigh to sort problem,stay clear

Took my car here after a big problem with the engine, the mechanics looked at it straight away. They repaired it the next day, charged a fair amount. Since the repair its been fine!

Whole engine got fixed, they repaired it for me on the same day as requested. As promised they carried it out and did the repair, charge was much cheaper than other local garage quotes.

I asked to fit a fuse for rear brake light. Cost 50p for fuse 25 to fit? Also 58 for MOT test other local garage 40. Also very poor service.

Was let down by another mechanic to have my Clutch Master Cylinder replaced, so came to Westwood Service Centre. Was booked in within a week and for a cheaper price than the other mechanic. Would highly recommend Westwood MOT, Tyre & Service Centre to anyone

Was pleasantly surprised when i found this garage, They have all the makings of dealership in some respects but with none of the overheads. i had an Mot test done and 2 x tyres, all done at a very reasonable price. well recommended.

I had a last minute fit in by Pete for tyres. They were extremely busy and fitted me in for a sit and wait and fitted two new tyres for me. Paul came out to us on his day off and saved our holiday. If it wasnt for these guys we would be really stuck. When Halfords let me down last minute by cancelling my MOT, Tollgate stepped in to save the day, otherwise I'd have been needing to hire a car. The service was spot on and not only was my MOT done but they ran a diagnostics check to see why a fault light was showing on the dashboard. It was obvious listening to the conversations they were having with customers that these guys know their cars inside out and I now know where to take my car when it next needs a service. Would definitely recommend

Took my BMW for an annual service. Quality work at extremely competitive costs. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Gave my car for new steering pump and door fault. They repaired the fault but received the car back with a dent on the door, wheel caps replaces with older ones. They claimed the air-filer housing was broken and replacing it would cost £200. I checked, it was fine. You have been warned!

Don't bother, they change parts without telling you first, their fault diagnosis is poor to say the least. Had a load of work done that didn't need to be done as they wrongly diagnosed the fault. Never again.

My mam (retired) put her fiesta in for a major service. When she got home I checked the oil and it was like treacle. I wouldn't let her go there again

Was recommended this garage by my sister. Had the MOT done and cost over £400 in repairs, when checking window wipers had been added yet these were replaced just the day before to ensure these would not be needed. I was also charged around £20 for a new bar to hold the battery in place - upon checking this it has been held in place by two cable ties!!! You could not make this up! So bad and half the jobs charged for not even carried out or needed! AND (P.S) the wipers which I had been charged for were exactly the same ones I had on - how do I know this? The universal connector which holds the front drivers side wiper in place was broken and loose, this was still the case when I brought the car home - If wipers were needed surely the connectors would have been replaced! Really would not recommend unless you have plenty of money to give, but even so i'd rather give it to charity than a garage for work not carried out. Actually thinking of seeing Trading Standards.
