I was greatly satisfied with the service of this company. They are flexible with time and were able to make it after 6:00 by the time I got home from work. The cleaning staff were professional and gave a few tips on how to keep the carpets clean. The results of the cleaning were better than expected: no stains left!!! Even some old stains were removed! I would definitely recommend this service.

Malcom from Extracta came to me for the third time last month to clean my sofa and two armchairs that had never been done since I bought them 11 years ago. So they badly needed a spruce up. I was amazed at the result after Malcom had worked his magic on them. They again look like new and the colours are a lot more vibrant. For two years running, since I moved into this property, Malcolm has also cleaned the carpets to a high standard and he will be coming again later this year. Not only does he know his job inside out but he is also very friendly and willing to help out, even giving advice over the phone on carpet care all year round. He also suggested the best way for me to clean the curtains, as I unfortunately couldn't quite afford to let him do them. So I have to say that the day I picked Extracta at random just before moving into a new property with filthy carpets was my lucky day.

I used Monkland Cleaning Services to clean my large roman blinds two years ago and they made an excellent job of them. So when I had an issue with adhesive transfer from carpet protection roll to my hallway I didnt hesitate to call Angela and David. They fitted me in promptly and made a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. Highly professional and excellent attention to detail means I wont be asking anyone else to clean my carpets and curtains.

We had a bad stain on our main lounge carpet which needed attention ASAP. I contacted Cochrane's and they attended within the hour even though it was a Saturday morning. The carpet was dry cleaned and the stain was removed completely. It was a friendly and efficient service and I have no problem in recommending them to anyone and awarding them 5 stars
