Had a faulty aerial, Stuart came out quickly and diagnosed the fault (in the pouring rain) Stuart was totally honest and gave me several options to fix the problem. Decided to have a new aerial and cable run. Works perfectly now! Great service 5 stars

Superb company. Existing set-up was a satellite dish on a makeshift stand located on balcony and an alloy mast with rusting aerial. New steel mast installed, dish moved onto it and new aerial fitted. Arrived on time and discussed the details of the job prior to carrying it out. Very professional with regards to social distancing and wore PPE including gloves and facemask throughout entire visit. Very impressed.

After moving into a new house we needed to additional satellite TV cables to come from the dish. After speaking with a number of different companies I went with Stuart at Waveform as he came across as very knowledgeable on the phone. On the day he came on time and saw a better alternative option for us which was a lot better aesthetically! He was very polite, very friendly and got the job done is a fast, efficient and clean manner. He also stayed true to cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future when required

The task was to mount a TV on a dry wall and bring the aerial connection down from the loft. Stuart did an amazing and professional job which was priced reasonably. I would highly recommend and would come back for future jobs. Thank you Stuart

Rang Anthony on the Friday to see whether he could fix the problems I was having with the service I was getting on my television ie. Lots of interference on channels, kept breaking up on certain channels etc., he came on the Tuesday and sorted it out within 45 mins. With his 30 years experience he knew what the problem was within a couple of minutes and fixed it and also the second television. All working superbly, definitely recommend him, very professional and fairly priced.

After getting a very large quote from a national aerial company for a new digital aerial we decided to call a local company.......we Phoned up Aerial Express and got a engineer out on the same day, when aerial express checked the signal that we was receiving he said we didnt need a new aerial and just needed to fit a filter. saving us over 200.. would recommend to anyone.. great service, thanks again.ossett, wakefield.
