    Avoid this company. They are honestly terrible and will rip you off. My issue is with trading standard who I hope can put a stop to this shambolic company. The 1 year guarantee is a joke.

    Don't use poor customer support. I had this company out to modify my Sky dish to receive Freesat. Engineer visited as arranged and did the job, all ok so far. After a few days it stopped working. They agreed to come out and look at it - didn't arrive. Five missed appointments later I am still waiting for them. Had do get another company to come and sort the problem so has cost me twice.

    Everest Aerials!! Avoid , should have read the reviews because they were spot on, very unprofessional company with no customer care skills at all, had a engineer out for a quote and was told wasnt a big job be about £60, happy with quote so booked an appointment only to find the engineer that came out said couldnt do job for less than £180!!! Phoned and complained and was told by a very annoying lady they would honour quote of £60 but surprise surprise engineer didnt turn up, when phoned again to complain was then told by same annoying lady £140 was the least they could do it for? She even tried to deny honouring £60 quote but I new that annoying voice she had and told her it was her who said it!! Still denying it I eventually had ad enough so put the phone down on her, I cant say enough please avoid this shamble of a company but if you do have them out for a quote Id at least get it in writing first

    NEVER EVER USE THIS SHAMBLE OF A COMPANY ABSOLUTELY AVOID.I CALLED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS MY LOCAL TV ARIEL COMPANY AND SOMEHOW GOT THROUGH TO THESE WAS SHOCKED BY THIS AND EVEN SAID TO THE GUY I DIDNT EXPECT THEM I WAS EXPECTING. MY LOCAl COMPANY THE GUYS EVEN SAID OH DONT WORRY IT HAPPENS ALOT..CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOCKING WIFE HAS THE MOST ANNOYING VOICE EVER SOUNDS LITLE SHES SUCKING ON A WASP, CAME OUT ON TUES TO CHECK MY ARIEL DID EXPLAIN TO THE GUY I THOUGHT WATER WAS GETTING INTO ARIEL HE FITTED A £2 CONNECTER TO EXTEND MY ARIEL WASNT AT MY HOUSE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES CHARGED ME £45 AN WAS TOLD IT HAD SORTED MY PROBLEM TRIED TV SOON HAS THE GUY HAD LEFT AN HAD NOT MADE ANY DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER CALLED RIGHT AWAY TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM AND WAS CALLING FOR 2 DAYS AFTER SEVERAL CALLS LATER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST ME ANOTHER £110 FOR ARIEL TO BE FITTED,RECEPTIONIST VERY RUDE WISH I HAD READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS ON LINE BEDORE HAND PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THESE COWBOYS A WIDE BERTH

    NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Came to mother in laws yesterday as t.v. went off. Said a 4 year old Arial was prehistoric and not working, messed with a splitter in the loft, fitted a new cable from t.v. point to t.v., fitted a 1 way booster box that makes no difference if it's turned on or off. Charged her £190 and wasn't there an hour. Then followed her into the post office to make sure she took the money out. Best thing is I'm a sparky and fitted everything for her 4 years ago so I know exactly how much stuff costs etc. and what he messed with. This will go further!!!!!!!!.

    Horrible company with unprofessional people who are incapable of solving issues. Customer representative hanged up on me when I told them I am having issues. Did not bother get their horrible work to be fixed by them, instead I paid once again to get their bad work fixed.

    Everest Aerials were called out to replace an aerial, some cabling and other hardware, as two blocks of flats in our complex had lost television reception. After five months residents in the same blocks of flats reported that they were getting no signal so we called Everest Aerials out again. They said that they would come between certain times on that day and they did not come nor did they phone us to say that they were not coming. This happened on several occasions. On the one occasion when someone did turn up, he plugged a gadget into a residents TV, then unplugged it and walked out without a word, leaving the resident without Sky broadband reception. When we phoned Everest about this they said that the engineer was unable to sort out the problem. After several attempts at contacting Everest, we decided to approach another company to fix the problem; the aerial was still under guarantee and Everest had not honoured this and hence we have had to spend extra money.

    UTTERLY INCOMPETENT.. THEY DIDN'T CHECK FOR ELECTRICITY CABLES BEFORE DRILLING AND LEFT MESS ALL OVER THE CARPET.. WORSE THEY CRACKED THE SCREEN OF A NEW £1500 TV.. WORSE STILL THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS.. AFTER TELLING THEM THEY HAD BROKEN THE TV THEY HAVE NOT CALLED BACK AND WON'T PICK UP THE PHONE TO DISCUSS IT... UTTERLY DISGUSTING ...POLICE BEING CALLED!!!

    Had original aerial altered as fitter said it was ok.Booster box attached near aerial and two extra cables added to lounge and bedroom. Checked the signal and said was ok but unable at the time to try televisions as just moved in and not unpacked. Was told to ring if any problems and would return. I attached the televisions and on a few channels got poor reception. Rang them and the lady who answered said if the problem was not there fault would be a charge. The TVs 's have no signal now and after three attempts to get them back they have let us down every time. They state a day on one occasion they rang to give a slot then rang later to say they were stuck at another job. The other two occasions they didn't ring. Today 1st August 2017 I rang at 11am as they hadn't rung, given a slot of 3 to 6 pm but would ring 30minuits before. NO PHONE CALL. I also think we have been over charged after looking around at the prices on there site and others prices. This is Everest Leicester.NEVER AGAIN

    Do not recommend this company! Waited in all day to then phone up (me to them) to be told 'the guys stuck on a job and won't make it'. Now because of failure to turn up I will have to cancel my joiner due on Monday who was doing my skirting boards(covering the cable). Right shambles, definitely not living up to the code of ethics as stated on website. Will be going elsewhere
