My Daughter went to Winter Wonderland on Thursday 2nd of May, when she went to get her train home she was told that a taxi (Great Britain cars) would pick her up from the station and take her and her friend to Borehamwood station, being that it was gone 9pm when they arrived at Borehamwood station, the Driver took it upon himself to take the girls to their homes, dropping them off right outside their front door!. He was well within his rights to leave them at the station but instead made sure that they got home safely! A massive thank you to that Driver! A credit to Great Britain cars!

This was a good service overall. The driver could be monitored on his way to the pick-up and he did call to give his ETA. The vehicle was a good size for all our luggage and the actual journey went very smoothly and we arrived on time at our destination

Booking was very easy and the driver actually turned up 15 minutes early at London Heathrow Airport. He was happy to wait for the pickup time as well. The car was comfortable, the driver was safe and we arrived in good time. The price was as quoted - all in all, a great service and we'd use it again

I have used pre-booked taxi services across two different continents over a number of years, and I can confidently say that this is without doubt the WORST taxi service I have ever had the misfortune of using. I truly cannot lambaste this company enough. I arrived at Luton and found nobody waiting for me at the airport. After 15 minutes, I phoned the company to ask where my driver was and was told he is 15 minutes away. I ended up being 30 minutes late for my conference. When my conference ended, I phoned to ask where my taxi was - and was told he is 20 minutes away! I was frantically worried about missing my return flight and being stranded alone in London with no money! I informed the driver that should I miss my return flight due to this delay I would be taking legal action against the company. I made it to the gate at 19h35 - 10 minutes after the gates were due to close, but thankfully there had been a delay with the flight which meant I made it - no thanks to Great Britain Cars.
