Would give it zero stars if I could! Treated appallingly by both dispatch and the driver... Do not use this firm! A cab we ordered the day previously didn't turn up - it was an hour late and when I called to check on it, the man at dispatch kept hanging up on me. Then when we finally sorted alternative ride and I told the driver when he called, he told me I was a b*tch and wasted his time...

First Fairway & Kenwood experience this morning and we were met with rudeness from the driver. Demanded that we pay the fare upfront and when asked how his day was going, told us he didnt want to talk, an that we should just pay the money and not talk to him. Needs an urgent lesson in people skills.

I'll start with how Fairway & Kenwood responded to my complaint, because that was probably even worse than the initial incident. Over multiple months, I called dozens of times. Each time I was ignored or directed to a dead end. In retrospect, it is clear that this is actually Fairway & Kenwood's strategy in the face of complaints. At some point early in the process, I was told to ask for a man named Leon. When I subsequently called and asked for Leon, I was repeatedly told that he was out the office but would call back. All in all I was probably told this upwards of ten times, but I was never contacted by Leon or the company. Fairway & Kenwood also ignored emails to the email address of the company and Leon. As for the original incident: Fairway & Kenwood picked us up from the airport. We were delayed partly as a result of the flight's late arrival, and partly because of complications relating to medical equipment. The driver did not suggest there was any problem until we arrived ho
