Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! I called them up when I missed my last train. My booking was confirmed and I got a text from them saying so. But the can never arrived!. I called them up many times to find out where the cab was and got told the car was on its way, then it got 'stuck in traffic', in 10 mins it'll be there' etc. and finally they stopped answering my phone calls. I waited over 2 hours in the middle of the night for the cab that didn't turn up at all! I contacted them on many occasions complaining about their service and my emails, letters were all ignored. I strongly suggest ringing a reliable company next time you want to book a cab but avoid this one at all cost!
