I used JA Renovations to complete a 6-figure transformation on my house which has complex architecture. John interpreted the plans brilliantly and delivered the extension exactly as I wanted, I rarely if ever write recommendations for anyone but on this occasion, I thought I would. John and his son are really nice fellas, polite and courteous. More importantly, the wife is happy lol so I Highly Recommend John and his company JA Renovations.

This is a review to say thank you to John and his team who have recently completed a 6 figure extension on my property. After being let down by another builder I am writing a review on here because I and my family are very satisfied with the work done and John saved us from a lot of stress that was caused by the previous builder letting us down...This extension was a major piece of work and was for a Victorian property, it included, a new garage, bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms a conservatory and a loft conversion...The project was time critical because we were expecting a new baby at the time and I wanted to have my office in the loft of my house in order to be able to spend more time at home to help with our 3 little ones plus the new baby that was on its way at the time. John and his team were very professional, never left the job to go and do other jobs....and he came in on budget, and on time and again he really saved us a lot of stress that w

Avoid this builder. Low quality workmanship Small builder outfit that subcontracts to substandard workmen with little skill. Had his work independently assessed several times and all found it to be not fit for purpose and very poor. Best to avoid this one as he has cost us money to repair and rectify his work. Probably ok for small jobs but not for plastering or anything more complex
