Luckings have just completed an annex for me so my mother can live independently of us, and would like to say thank you very much it is absolutely perfect! At no time were we without any services and towards the end the workmen worked until 8pm at night just to get the job completed for my mother. Thank you so much again.

Used Luckings for our loft conversion as we have a new addition to the family arriving in August! Work is to a very high standard, even the building surveyor commented on the quality of the work. Really pleased with every aspect of job, and so is the "other half" which always makes life easier! Hoping to get them back in 2016 to build our extension.

Groundworks was the issue for us last year. Took way too long. They were alright, but think we could have got better for the money.

Used Luckings for an extension in order to accommodate my elderly mothers needs that being wet room with bedroom for a disabled person at no time were we left without facilities and everyone who has seen my extension has commented on the quality of work. We are totally over the moon with the work and this has transformed the quality of life for my mother and whole family. Would like to thank all at Luckings Builders for a stress free build.
