About Us

We are a Nottingham based firm of surveyors who specialise in HomeBuyer and Building Surveys. We carry out detailed surveys of houses of all ages and sizes and our experience spans Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Inter-War, Post-War and even new builds. We are based in Hucknall but happy to survey properties throughout the Midlands. We have a wealth of experience in providing a range of surveys and reports for properties. All of our property surveys are undertaken by one of our chartered surveyors and are in accordance with current surveying practices approved by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We adopt a personal approach with our clients, happily discussing our survey findings on the phone to provide another level of understanding and reassurance. We can respond quickly to instructions and have the work ethic and flexibility to attend at properties outside normal working hours, including weekends. Furthermore our fees are extremely competitive.
