This bus service has been running from Kilsyth for many years, and hasnt changed. Service is poor, doesnt show up on time therefore making people late with no access updated information on delays ext. Prices are also shocking for the service. Whats the point in having a time table with three times if it misses one out completely and your standing waiting for an extra 40 minutes for the next one!

Today our experience 247 bus at 1522 was disgusting , iam a carer to a wheelchair user was refused access to the bus due it being full , 2 people were sitting in the disable seats, the driver refused to move them they were able bodied . Therefore I had to wait another half hour for the next bus.
