Discusting behaviour of staff and manager. Intimidating rude and liars. Shocking. Only one who had manners was the young lady. Car came out with scratches on and manager tried saying they were already there! Even though they didn't write it on sheet and stated can't see scratches in their pictures. Beware

Car returned with new damage and very poor repair on alloys. Returned to them to rectify. Waiting on an update. Avoid this place

TERRIBLE!! What should've been a simple repair took 3 attempts and still had to go elsewhere, car was returned with BADLY fitting cheap pattern parts,the bumpet not even being the same as original and resprayed bonnet had visible scratches. Car returned for re repair to then come back with dents in wing,worse paint job with visible nasking lines,paint sinking and mettalic in paint wrong,unfinished hinges and lights not reconnected (engineers report showing 16 faults). .Eventually took elsewhere and perfect repair first time! . co badly let down by staff!!

Pretty poor had to put original repair right and still not great and have now noticed they have dented my bonnet, and whole process should have taken 3 days it took 3 weeks
