This was the first time I've used Dorset Vehicle Rentals and I was extremely happy with their service. I hired a car from them and whilst we were loading it found that my mothers wheelchair wouldn't fit in the back. They were so accommodating and swapped the car for a more suitable one and went through all the new paperwork with no bother what so ever. I would use them again in the future and also recommend them for their good service.

I cant praise Dorset Vehicle Rentals enough, I've been using then for the past 20-30 years. They are the only place that hires out a van with a tow bar which is so handy. Every time I go in the staff are always the same people and are brilliant, I think that says a lot about a company if the staff have been their a long time. They are very accommodating at short notice and generally provide a fantastic service. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have used Dorset Vehicle Rental a few times over the years and have always had a really experience. All of the team are really friendly and approachable and all extremely knowledgeable. The vehicles have always been in really good condition. I would definitely recommend using this company if you are looking to hire a commercial vehicle.

I have used Dorset Vehicle Rentals quite a few times over the last year. Most recently we hired a Luton van. Overall the vehicles have been very clean both on the inside and out. The prices they charge here are fair and the guys I have met here are always very pleasant to deal with. I recommend their services as they will never let you down.

Very good. We reserved a van, when we got in we noticed the fuel gauge only had 5 miles left on it. The guy who runs the place wouldn't let me take the van as it wasn't fit for purpose and instead gave me a newer, better van. The staff here really do go above and beyond. The only thing that was disappointing is the drop off area when you are giving the van back. It's a little area outside the lot that just gets filled up with vehicles at the end of the week. So you either have to leave the van on the road where it could get damaged or take it back home and hand it in the next day. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks Dorset Vehicle Rentals.

Very good. The staff here are really good. They always go the extra mile. If they don't have what you need available, they will get it from one of their other depots. I hire vans regularly from Dorset Vehicle Rentals. The vans are always in a good condition other than a couple of dents on some and they are always clean, apart from one time when I got a van at short notice so they didn't have time to clean it but it was still in an acceptable condition. Over all I'm really happy with the service they provide here, but there is always room for improvement.

I deal with John Paul regularly, who is very personable, friendly and always on hand to help me when I need a vehicle. I don't own a car, but when I need to hire one, I go to Dorset Vehicle Rentals. They are a bit out of the way for me, but due to their customer service skills, I've been using them for the past 8-10 years. Great range of vehicles, at great prices, I've already told many others about them, and will continue to do so! In fact I need to hire another motor at the end of the month. I hired a long wheel based panel van from here and I am extremely impressed. I have used hire companies in the past and they just make you jump through so many hoops it makes you think should I have even bothered. With Dorset Vehicle Rentals, mainly the Bridport branch, they are very flexible and make the whole experience stress free. The staff are great and very helpful. I shall be using this hire company from now on and I recommend others do too.
