My carpet was placed down on the 2/12/20 my carpet is coming up everywhere they gave patched up in places instead of it being a whole pice as measured back in august of this year. I contacted them on the day to tell them they had left rubbish. The work men were then called back to get the rubbish but did not get it all. I phoned them again today as I had not heard anything back, after sending them pictures and raised my issues with them yesterday. The response I had on the phone today was not pleasant I was spoken to rudely by a member of staff on the phone. I was given a grant from my housing association to get these carpets. So I was excited to get them. They have not been put down properly and nothing has been resolved, I would not recommend this company to anyone. As a customer I should be allowed to complain if the job has not been done properly and to a poor standard. But all Ive had is been spoken back to rudely by their member staff. Customer service is very poor
