Excellent service from this local company. Sue and Tom were extremely helpful in getting extra samples from Crucial Trading and at no time did I feel rushed to make a final choice. The end result was stunning and their carpet fitters did an excellent job. Many thanks to all of you.

My recent purchase of newly fitted carpets from The Carpet and Homestore, Pz, was a smooth running experience from start to finish and Sue Sutton was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful in all aspects. The fitters were highly skilled, leaving everything clean and tidy and regarding Sue with high esteem and her shop the best around. I have no hesitation in recommending 5 stars to The Carpet and Homestore, Penzance.

If you want a carpet fitted then The Carpet and Home Store is the place to go. Expert advice from Sue and Tom helped us pick the right carpet for our property. Nothing was to much trouble. Just good, friendly advice from a company that cares about their customers. James and Ricky....the carpet fitters..were brilliant and they left the house spotless. They to were so friendly and helpful. All in all this was a pleasurable and satisfying experience from a first class local company. I would not hesitate to recommend them. 5 star service

I was really happy with the experience I had with The Carpet and Homestore, they're based in Penzance, however I'm not from the local area so a lot of the arranging was done via email and the phone. They were very flexible when things needed changing and the carpets themselves were fitted well and they tidied up after themselves as well. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again.

We popped into the Carpet and Homestore as it is fairly local to us. Sue and her son Tom were on hand to give us some samples to take away. We chose a vinyl floor and they supplied and fitted it for us. The room is a peculiar shape and we are very pleased with the way they have fitted it as being a Cornwall cottage the lines are not always straight. Customer service is very important to me and at Carpet and Homestore it is second to none at the Carpet and Homestore as I called out of hours and someone picked up the phone and helped me. The fitters were also very polite and friendly. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them. They deserve 5 stars.

I've used The Carpet and Home Store before and on this occasion has some carpets and blinds fitted by them. I find their service to be excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They always arrive on time and the staff are an absolute delight to deal with.

We used The Carpet and Home Store recently and they were very good, the lady who runs it was very helpful and the fitters were absolutely superb, they even arranged an off cut at no extra charge, everything was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't fault anyone, I will use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

I was very impressed with The Carpet and Home Store, they installed 3 vertical blinds for me, two in two bedrooms and one in the lounge. I was very happy with the work they did and found Sue excellent to deal with. The installer arrived on time and was very pleasant and left everything clean and tidy after the installation. I would fully recommend their services to others.

We ordered some wall to wall carpets for our property from The Carpet and Home Store. Their service was excellent, the staff arrived on time and did a great job with the installation and even left everything clean and tidy after the job was complete. We have used The Carpet And Home Store many times over the years, they have fitted new carpets, flooring and blinds into our home and we always find their service to be exceptional. The staff are really friendly and helpful in every way and offer a wide range of services. When it came to fitting our carpet the fitters who were extremely friendly and moved the furniture out of the room for us as we were unable to due to injury, which was really nice. We honestly couldn't recommend them enough and would not go anywhere else.

I was absolutely delighted with the service that The Carpet And Home Store provided to me. I went into their shop as I wanted some vertical blinds installed in my home, the man that was there arranged for the owner to come out and do some measurements for me. She came very quickly to do the measurements and also brought samples so I could choose what I liked. The overall fitting was very quick, and I'm extremely happy with my new blinds. I would highly recommend The Carpet And Home Store to others.

I was exceptionally happy with the excellent service The Carpet And Home Store provided me, I bought a carpet from them for my lounge. The staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout and turned up on time when it came to fitting the carpet. The Carpet And Home Store re-carpeted our stairs and upstairs hallway, we were happy with the service they provided and the finished outcome. They turned up on time and everything went swimmingly well. I would give them a 5/5 and recommend them to others for their good service.
