The industry has evolved since the early days, in the modern age we need to be Chimney Technicians & Flueologists to ensure safe and efficient use of your fireplace and chimney. We still clean chimneys in the traditional way, with brush and rods, but we also use a modern power sweep at times and to ensure dust is kept to a minimum in your home we use a state of the art vacuum. We always ensure your floors are protected by laying down sheets and using a protective front sheet on the fireplace/stove/appliance to seal it from the room to ensure that no soot or dust escapes. Chimney testing is also available and a remote camera is used to inspect your flue from the bottom to the top to ensure the internal condition is as it should be. All appliances are catered for including open fires, wood burning, gas fires, multi fuel stoves, convector boxes, Inglenooks, boilers and bio mass boilers. We also carry out repairs to open fires, stoves, chimneys, chimney pots, cowls and re-pointing. Birds and squirrels can be removed and we can install bird guards to prevent entry.
