Due to the volume of rain before Christmas, a water hopper at our residential communal block property got blocked this caused the rain water to overflow onto the walkway main entrance path and side entrance path to our building found Multiclean Services on Thomson online never used them or heard of them before contacted them set a date and time for them to come and look at the blockage problem the problem was identified and clarified by a clever piece of equipment the guy had brought with him, being a camera pole and viewing monitor which I could view from the ground and see exactly the problem at this time a number the communal block board members had gathered the price was agreed for that part of the emergency clean of that part of the hopper and gutter £60.00 and it was carried out to a very high standard and efficiently. We have decided in the future to have the whole hopper and guttering system cleaned and some small repairs carried out, thank you from all of us for your hard work

This is my experience of Multiclean Services contacted multiclean as my mothers assisted sheltered home had been empty and not lived in and i wanted to get it into shape for putting onto the market. I contacted multiclean found them to be polite and informative, as at the time i was really not 100% how far to go from a cleaning perspective, i decided to go all the way with the property and get it to A1 condition for the best price possible. Multiclean visited the property carried out on site survey and listed all the cleaning to be carried out. Deep clean of the kitchen, including the sanitizing of the dish washer, all cupboards, fume extraction hood, fridge frezzer, microwave, bedrooms, built in wardrobes, bathroom shower, clean all the glazing inside/outside, clean carpeting throughout.
