I needed to have four large, glazed drawings (c 40 cm x 50 cm) bought at McTear's Auctioneers sent from Glasgow to Norwich. I contacted Collin Moran and Son late on Monday evening. They collected my pictures the following day, packed them with immense care, and had them couriered to me in Norwich by Thursday morning, all for a price I felt was extremely reasonable. I was delighted by their speed, expertise and attention to detail. I have been arranging shipping for some thirty years and this is easily the best experience I have ever had with a shipping company. I recommend them without reservation.

When I booked Moving Home Made Easy, Giffnock, Glasgow I felt very confident in my choice after speaking to firm several times and reading online reviews. How that confidence subsided into aggravation, stress, annoyance and a big headache. The delivery date was changed and then the delivery arrived SEVEN HOURS later than I was advised and it was delivered by some sub contractor that I knew nothing about!! To change matters from very bad to upsetting, several items were broken and damaged. After several recorded delivery letters threatening legal action I finally got a partial small refund. I would have preferred the delivery to be done correctly and not have all this upset. Would I recommend Moving Home Made Easy, Giffnock, Glasgow - absolutely NOT.
