Citywide Van Sales

Bought a van about a year ago. Recantly because I wanted a bigger van i went back to Citywide Van Sales they gave me good price for my old one against the new one i was buing again from them. Verry happy with the purchase and service.

Sold me a van and said there was service history missing from the book. So he held on to the book and get it filled in. I chased them at 2 months, 6 months and 9 months when I sold the van on. On the final attempt to get the book and the info as I was trying to sell the van they jest kept fobbing me of day after day jest saying it would be sorted and it never happened. Still today waiting for an email they promised explaining the situation to potential customers so I could sell the van

Sold me a van with Broken key fob, only when i left i relised. They promised me a new one which 6 months later and lots of false promise i still have not recieved. Since then ive found the tyres on the van were under spec. If you respect your money and life, stay well clear.
