Received email to expect parcel delivery on Wed 8th parcel was returned to depot and loaded for delivery every day since. Now Mon 13th still no parcel what a dreadful courier company worst of the bunch and full of excuses !

My delivery was due Wednesday so I waited in. At lunch time I was informed that there was a “local delay” by email. It was returned to depot and sent out for delivery Thursday. I stayed home again. No updates during the day but it was returned to depot without any attempt to deliver yet again. It is now- supposedly- out for delivery today. Once again Im having to stay home all day in the hope that they bother to deliver. Ive informed the person who paid FedEx for next day delivery. Hopefully they will find another courier for future orders.

Waited in till 6pm, no delivery, courier marked the parcel that they had tried but no one was home. This was a lie as my office overlooks the front door and there was no attempt. Equally no-one recording of an attempt on ring doorbell. Rang Kidderminster depot. Who said it would be delivered next day(sat) before 12, but again waited in all day and had no delivery. Let down again. Disgraceful service, disgraceful company who fail to deliver on basic promises

Waited in all day. 6pm deadline went and delivery message changed to 9.30 pm. At 7.45 pm got message saying driver could not deliver and had left card through door. Only thing is, he never came at all. Been home all day waiting. CCTV shows no driver came. Not been and tells lies. Rubbish courier. Have told supplier to change to reliable courier.

Tracking my parcel on Monday said delivery before 6pm. As it had not arrived by then checked again - said by end of day. Not arrived by 930pm - it had returned to your depot. Tuesday am checked tracking again - Out for Deluvery , would arrive by 6pm. It didnt. Checked again - would arrive by end of day. As it hadnt arrived byb930pm checked again. Now says parcel delivered 0855 & signed for! I did not sign for it neither did my neighbours. Checked all around house- nothing. Tried to contact Cust Services- automated message , impossible to speak to anyone , tracking number says delivered. Tried Virtual Assistant - says same. Most difficult company to actually speak to anyone. Clearly driver has either delivered to wrong address, which I doubt as tracking was not updated until late in evening & then to say delivered 12 hours earlier? Please would someone contact me urgently .

Your shipment 10014753286 with reference 24676 from Blind Company (LT) is currently out for delivery thus item was wupposed to be delivered on the 26th Jan. sadly your driver chose to take it back to the depot presumably because his sat nav said it was an area with limied access. my husband an I are in our 70s and we carried a solid Yew sideboard to our door yesterday. We have had other blinds delivered, a fridge freezer and in December our whole household furniture so I fail to see why your driver could not deliver a blind/ Wherever he chose to park hi van it is only a fem feet to walk to our door, what a pity he couldn't be bothered. I would like my blind Tomorrow
