Ground Works and Drainage, finding and then fixing a ground water issue we were having. Excellent work and great communication all the way through what was quite a challenging investigation and solution, highly recommend Robb and his team!

Jo (January 2018) Very impressed with the work carried out by this company. I did not know them previously and I found them on Yell.com. They did a very good job and were polite and tidy and clean. They even washed the kitchen floor when they finished. Communication was good and they gave a very good service. I recommend them.

Sarah (March 2015) Exceptionally good service, very pleased to have found this builder A surveyor recommended Mann Building & Damp Proofing. I obtained a few quotes and found them reasonable and as the surveyor spoke well of them I used them rather than the other quotes and I am so pleased I found them. They did work on my house and did not mess me about like many builders do, I had the work approved by a RICS member and am very very pleased to have found them. I would certainly use them again. They also tidied up after themselves and were polite and user-friendly at all times. Ive heard people complain about their builders but I had a significant amount of work done and am so pleased I found them and will use them in future for anything I need doing.

Jon (February 2012) Loft Conversion Rob and his team undertook the task of building a new loft conversion and creating an open plan living space on the ground floor. From design to planning and building, everything was taken care of, with regular input sought from myself. Materials were sourced according to budgetary requirements and planning regulations passed with ease. I would highly recommend Rob and will be using his services again in the future.

Mathew (January 2017) Re-Rendering Property Rob and his Colleague were excellent through out. Works involved removing all existing render on the front of our property, they made sure to protect our garden throughout and left everyday the entire place lovely and clean, which is hard for what is a very messy job!! They then reapplied a new render and left a perfectly smooth finish and painted well. Would recommend fully! Great service.

Mike ( Mike (November 2014) Complete revocation of listed building Rob and his team carried out the entire renovation of our listed property in Shaldon. It involved a great deal of sensitive and thoughtful restoration, working on older buildings is never straightforward, and this was the case here. We have used Rob several times since that project, and can happily recommend his company.

Nick (October 2016) Very Competent Builder Very pleased with the quality of Rob's work. He recently completed a challenging job replacing the entire exterior cladding and removalreplacement of all the windows and doors to the rear of our property, which wasn't as straight forward as it seemed due to problems with the original build. Can put his hand to anything it seems! Very trustworthy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ben (September 2016) Excellent builder I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob and his team completely renovated our swimming pool in summer 2016. The job involved raising the level of the pool, creating a reinforced concrete beam, laying a track & coping stones, extending pipes, laying paving slabs, rendering the inside of the pool etc etc. We were very happy with the quality of the work, communication throughout the process and the overall price (we did get two other quotes beforehand). They were also very tidy & did a thorough clean up at the end of the job. We will definitely get them back to do our kitchen when funds allow.

Robert was prompt in responding to my request for a quotation for woodworm eradication treatment. Not only did he inspect the site of the problem but offered to survey the roof space too to ensure that it had not spread through the property. He allowed to take up and relay the carpet and underlay. The whole works were undertaken within a 24 hours period. The application of treatment was very thorough. A ten year, third party guarantee was provided on completion which will be most helpful when I decide to sell the property. I would recommend Mann for woodworm treatment.
