Working for the NHS during the pandemic, it is imperative that I can wash my uniform everyday. The staff at A1Spares gave me the help and advise I needed, had the parts in stock and saved me from the expense of a new machine. Can't recommend them highly enough. Five stars and a smiley face from me :)

Rang on Friday as had a wire come out of a bra and couldn't find it with the things I tried. The guy on the 'phone talked me through some self help measures we could try but I explained I had done that already. He booked us in for Monday. Phone call came about 15 minutes before the engineer arrived. Very efficient. The machine is a big washer dryer and it took him some time to get it out and turn it round so he could take off the back. He fixed the problem, tested the appliance to make sure it was working properly and took photos of his work. Would use again

Ordered new washing machine and was given date for installation of new and disposal of old. Everything like clockwork. Very polite and professional gentlemen installed new machine at appointed time and took away the old one. What more could I ask. Cannot recommend A1 highly enough. Superb service. Carole Farrell

Phoned to order a fan motor for my zanussi oven. The lady who dealt with me, went to a lot of trouble ,To match the correct part with the model number ,despite lots of incoming calls remained unflappable ! The genuine ( reasonably priced )quality replacement part arrived next day.Fitted exactly and easily. It's a pity a lot more of the bigger utility and telecomms companies aren't as good as A1 with their customer service departments.

Very helpful staff very knowlegable of parts machines sorted the spares I needed and sent them to me direct so didn't have go to collect all done over the phone
