Double Glazing Repairs in UK

Needed a new mirror for a cabinet urgently. Contacted Taylor Glass because of the positive reviews. Went in the same day and left with the mirror. Lovely people and an amazing service that made the travel completely worth it. Thank you so much.

don't usually do review's but this company is worthy of one, I phoned them to inquire about having a glass panel replaced in my door they sent somebody out that day to measure up and price, they came out the next day to fit it, done by two very helpful and cheerful lads I would definitely use again if needed.

Great company, I was originally provided with a quotes via email, which we agreed was perfect. Dropped our mirrored table of and it was done 3 days later like nothing ever happened! I originally contacted Queen Anne Glass as I needed a blown double glazed unit replacing. The price was competitive and today the unit was installed. First class service, five stars all the way. I also was having trouble with the locks on both front and back doors as they are old and worn out. So whilst they were here the guys adjusted the doors so that I can now lock and unlock them easily until the old doors are replaced. Queen Anne Glass are quoting for new front and back doors and I am confident that they will do a great job at a competitive price once again.

First class service from Mark. Called to request a quote for a damaged window, he returned my call the same day and left me a message asking me to call back. I called him back the next morning, he came to measure the window within 20 mins of our call and gave me a quote which I accepted. Within 24 hours the new glass was fitted by Mark, and all mess cleared up. Excellent service!

Don't normally bother leaving reviews but they deserve it. Gave me very good quote for two toughened glass panels for display case, then I managed to give them wrong delivery address (despite it being my address and lived here 25 years). They went above and beyond, will definately use them again.

Contacted queen Ann's glass this morning requiring a double glassed panel and door handles after an attempted break in. They turned up just before dinner and measured up. 5 hours the new panel and door handles were fitted as promised. Queen Anne glass will be in my phone contacts now. Awesome company. Many thanks

Extremely rude, called the number on the website to enquire about secondary glazing and was shouted at for calling on a Sunday. I suggest they take the number off the website if they do not wish to be contacted. Dont understand how these people run a business, shocking!! Clearly need lessons in basic etiquette let alone customer service. I would suggest that this person go back to sleep.

ended up getting the whole house windows and doors replaced (over 8000pound). They left me with 1 broken window. because there new workers hit it with a hammer by "accident". also most of the windows were not safety proof, which is illegal to install. not only that the door we ordered was wrong. and the wrong way round , ( we specified the door had to open from one side out.) But they ended up installing a door that went the other way. we asked for it to be replaced and asked for a date of when it could be done but was laughed off by the main man who does the installations and answers the phone. He would not give us a date on when he could install a new door. But said " I'll drop a door off and u can install it yourself," - this was to a 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN. we were disgusted with how we were treated.

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.
