I used these in November 2018 to make my roof safe it took not even a hour and they charged me £285 ,then almost 2 months later they take another £140 out of my account with out informing me after i phoned them i was told by a man on the other side of the phone they were in the procedures of liquidation and i was at the back of the que to get my money back.I informed the bank who refunded me and are chasing them for the money .I then received a invoice off them after talking to the liquidator on the phone with the date 16 Jan 2019 the date they took the £140 out of my account.( i received the invoice on the 29th Jan ) But what they haven't realised the post office stamped the envelope with the 28th jan .So Express services you cannot say you sent me the letter on the 16th when my bank chases you for the money. I asked for a invoice 3 times in December with out luck for my insurance .this company is a total scam.
