ended up getting the whole house windows and doors replaced (over 8000pound). They left me with 1 broken window. because there new workers hit it with a hammer by "accident". also most of the windows were not safety proof, which is illegal to install. not only that the door we ordered was wrong. and the wrong way round , ( we specified the door had to open from one side out.) But they ended up installing a door that went the other way. we asked for it to be replaced and asked for a date of when it could be done but was laughed off by the main man who does the installations and answers the phone. He would not give us a date on when he could install a new door. But said " I'll drop a door off and u can install it yourself," - this was to a 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN. we were disgusted with how we were treated.
