the worst driving school in Europe they collected money for a re-exam 3 months ago neither the exam took place nor I got a refund for the re-exam and I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund but the matter is still going on because I found a few clients and the case was reported to the police and everything is on the way to court this company is one big scam you can simply say that they are thieves I called a few hundred times for a refund and they assured that for days there will be people on the account avoid this company if you want to get a driver's license and not lose money I will repeat it again jsm it there is one big scam they are thieves and they don't take customers seriously

Great driving school. I passed my class 1 with Steve as my instructor and he was really patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend JSM and having Steve as your instructor.

Passed my hgv class 2 with Jsm in 2013 first time thanks to the top work from my trainer so when I wanted to do my hgv class 1 there was no doubt using Jsm again. Had chris teaching me this time and I couldnt of asked for a better trainer. Top bloke and definitely knew the best way of teaching me. I would highly recommend jsm.

just wanted to say big thanks to Gemma for helping me pass my test first time. She's honest and really wants you to pass ( great instructor) The bus is really old though I think jsm needs to change the bus. It would be easier for instructors and learners

Such a great driving instructor! I had 2 or 3 lessons a week and passed in just over 2 months. He is really nice and funny and makes you feel at ease, and he also has lots of little tips!

I had some re-starter lessons with Elaine. She is very professional, patient, calm and friendly. She would address any particular problems that you have with your driving skills and she always gives you very useful feedback. Overall, she is brilliant and I would highly recommend her to any new learners and people who would like to have a few re-starter lessons.

I was apprehensive about starting my driving lessons at first, from my first lesson with Elaine I was made to feel very comfortable and calm. I took all my lessons with Elaine start to finish and She is very patient with her students, I passed my test first time round and managed to get on the road within a couple of weeks. Alex is a great instructor, very clear methods of how to do things perfectly, especially manoeuvres. He is always on time and available even at short notice and even provides all pupils with a booklet of everything you'll need to remember to pass your test.

I took lessons with these guys and instructor was excellent never finished my lessons here though as moved house at the time. But very good instruuctor for me!

Steve is an incredibly friendly and patient instructor. His flexible style of teaching allowed me to focus on particular skills and manoeuvres, and complete as many mock tests as I felt I needed, which I found very helpful. His excellent tuition allowed me to pass my practical test first time. I also completed the Pass Plus course with Steve and was again impressed by the quality of tuition. I have recommended Steve to my family and friends. Thank you Steve!

Very professional instructor who has many years of experience. Has helped me fix errors in my driving skills and be an overall safe driver. Due to him I have passed first time and highly recommended anyone to take lesson with him.

I recently started driving with Kabir, he is an amazing driving instructor. In 2 weeks , I was able to get to know his automatic car and he pushed me so much that I passed my driving test. I would definitely recommend him to people.

Passed my test first time! With few lessons as well

I'm 56 years old and I've driven in the USA for over 40 years, but not in the UK. I only took 5 lessons with Costas but fortunately, I passed the first-time 'round. Costas is very experienced and I enjoyed taking lessons and talking to him. He did raise his voice to me once in the middle of a round-about and I was trying to concentrate on my driving (as I'm not great with round-abouts), but other than that, I thought he was a good instructor. He'd have me to drive to the place he wanted to pick up his next student and the student would then drive me back to my place (not sure if you're supposed to do that as an instructor, but I'm guessing most do). He always arrived on time and allowed me to only take 5 lessons rather than try to upsell dozens of lessons to me. Overall, I'd give him a 4 out of 5, as he's very experienced and does know his stuff, and I would recommend him to others.
