My name is Szilard Geiger I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your practical training personal at The Breeches Galley Hill road on Waltham Abbey, in August. What triggers my complaint is the fact that the instructor has not prepared me, or my college for the examination at all and that the truck we were training on was breaking down, not to mention that the driver seat wasn't working properly eighter. I am particularly irritated because i didn't really know what the examiner is looking for and in consequence i have failed my examination. I would appreciate if you could resolve this problem, so it doesn't happen again. Sid.

Passed my hgv class 2 with Jsm in 2013 first time thanks to the top work from my trainer so when I wanted to do my hgv class 1 there was no doubt using Jsm again. Had chris teaching me this time and I couldnt of asked for a better trainer. Top bloke and definitely knew the best way of teaching me. I would highly recommend jsm.

Done 4 days of online CPC courses with Steve Pallen, I must admit I was not looking forward to it. However Steve made the whole process enjoyable and a great experience. Would recommend this course to anyone. Its much better than having to sit in a class room all day. Thank you Steve for all the effort you put in.

Thanks Ismail.. such a wonderful Instructor. This guy knows his stuff and he makes you feel comfortable. Though I disappointed him by failing my test on few occasions he was disappointed with me and kept on encouraging me to forge ahead and I finally passed my practical. Cannot recommend enough. I had Ismail as my driver and the geezer was a super chill, really educated instructor who I am glad to say I passed first time with. There was never any uncomfortable atmosphere in the car, and the lessons were always suited to my needs. Top lad.

Excellent school highly recommended. Ismail is the best instructor. And if all instructors were like Ismail JSM would be the best school in the country. He is very, patient, very well spoken and explained things clearly. He is very experienced and I liked him the minute I stepped in the car, only had a few lessons with him but without him I would not have passed my test. He gave me confidence that I lacked. JSM have to be one of the best, i recently took my class 2 with this company and in particular one of the instructors Gemma, her down to earth approach was great, she instantly put me at ease and made me feel like she really wanted me to pass, and i did on the first attempt, if you are thinking of taking your lorry licence then give this company a call. if you do then you may encounter a man named Brendan who is on the desk and he also puts you through the whole test, he is a very helpful and kind man.

I was on a 4 day C+E driving course and was assigned the driving instructor Steve Pallan. Steve Pallan is a fantastic instructor with excellent training methods. He is very easy going and funny but to the point with how he would like you to drive and manoeuvre on the roads. Over the three days he taught me how to drive the Class 1 HGV safety and he also taught me how to reverse and uncouple and couple up which I grasped in 2 hours thanks to his methods of teaching. On the fourth day I passed the test on my first attempt. I would recommend this driving instructor to anyone looking to obtain there C+E licence
