Guild Electrical provided an excellent service from both a consultative and installation perspective, during our recent kitchen extension. On purchasing a new property we found that the extension that had previously been erected had caused damage to the existing drainage. Sean immediately attended and knew exactly how to deal with the sewerage inside the house and under the floor boards. Within hours his team had cleared and dealt with the immediate problem and executed a plan of action to remedy and improve the final flooring. Overall very impressed and will recommend to all family and friends.

Whilst refitting bathroom, Sterling electrical also undertook the rewiring of electrical items in the bathroom. Work was clean tidy, on time and workmen were respectful and hard working.

I asked for ceiling lights to be fitted. The lights werent put on straight and one still showed the hole in the ceiling. When I asked for him to straighten them, he said it wasnt for him to make them aesthetically pleasing and I could adjust them, Im as 56 year old lady. You also need to check how long they are there as he charged me for 2 hours when he was only there for 1. Told me he went over the hour, so needed to charge me for 2. I then said for him to straighten the lights if Im paying him extra and he didnt comment and left. Not happy with the service and wouldnt recommend this Company.
