I was very impressed with The Fireplace & Stove Centre, I used them to fit a new fireplace and electric fire and found they did everything they said they would in the agreed time. The staff were very polite and professional and gave great advise on other matters. They kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if needed and would without a doubt recommend them.

I drive past The Fireplace And Stove Centre nearly every day and one day decided to stop and go in as I was after a new fireplace and fire. From start to finish I was so pleased with everything they did for me. The staff were so knowledgeable and what I was after and gave me such good advice. When they arrived at my home they saw I didn't have a topper for my chimney soo put one of those on for me and installed my new fireplace. Everything went smoothly, they arrived on time and tidied up after they were done. This was my first time using them and I would highly recommend them to anyone as I'm so pleased with the work they did for me.

I knew I needed a fireplace specialist as the fireplace I have in mt property is a specific size due to the room being small. I searched online and found that the fireplace And Stove Centre there the closest company to me so gave them a call. They came and removed my old fireplace and installed a new one and I can't fault their process, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my new fireplace. The staff were extremely helpful and very informative, they left no mess behind them. Overall a great 5 star service.

I saw a wood-burning stove on sale in the Fireplace And Stove Centre store and enquires about it, within three hours I had someone out doing a survey of my old stove. They went away to get everything prepared to size and came back to prepare the area ready for my stove. When it came to the installation it was very fast and there was no mess left what so ever. I was so happy and can honestly say this was the best service I have ever had using a company, I would recommend them without hesitation. Nothing was to much trouble for them.

I originally wanted a new flue installed but when The Fireplace And Stove Centre came out to look at my fireplace they noticed the people who had installed din many years ago has done it incorrectly leading to it dangerous to my family. They explained what would be done to rectify the wrongdoing and gave me the best options. They installed a new fireplace and flue liner and made my fireplace safe for future use. Although it was slightly more expensive than I initially thought it was going to be as more work was needed, everything was fantastic from start to finish I really couldn't recommend them enough.

The Fireplace & Stove Centre in Wakefield had fitted a new fire for me however there was a fault with it, so they came out again and replaced it for me, no quibbles, which was great. They guy who came out to do the work was very friendly and came when they said he would. I'd happily recommend them and would use them again.

I got the whole lot from The Fireplace & Stove Centre, Mantelpiece, stove, etc and I an super happy with it all. The staff at the store and the fitters where all very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The fitting was great, they put down dustsheets to make sure there was no mess when they finished and they cleaned up everything if there was.
