Our family-run funeral homes are based in Solihull and Birmingham, allowing us to work with people across the West Midlands. We provide a supportive, understanding service when a loved one has died. We can offer practical advice when a relative has died at home, in a hospital, or in a nursing home, advising you how to get the right paperwork in order, and then starting the process of funeral arrangements. Our 24 hour phone line is there to help when a death, whether expected or unexpected, has occurred, and all our staff are experienced and ready to help you as much as possible. We have state of the art facilities at our funeral homes to allow a peaceful, dignified experience, with private reception and mourning rooms. I would like to express my thanks to Bastocks for the lovely service I received from their Company. From start to finish they treated Gordon with the greatest respect and honour, giving grieving family time and consideration whilst dealing with every detail to make the funeral run smoothly. Staff on the phone are lovely and deal with all questions asked in a swift manner and never make you feel rushed, they explain things in wording that we could understand. Thankyou Bastocks.for a wonderful service.
