From the first call to them they took the strain from us, advising on restrictions etc and handling all the arrangements promptly... always professional but with a caring personal touch. I have recently unfortunately lost my Mum to COVID19 which was hospital acquired and from the initial contact with Unsworths I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders by Darren, the undertaker from Hindley branch. He was good enough to explain what would happen when under current Coronavirus legislation in layman's terms without being condescending in any way, and was approachable in every way on what is already a difficult time. The day of the funeral went as smoothly as it could and I felt supported every step of the way.
