Essex Garage Doors Ltd was established in 1982 and is the largest stockist and distributor of Garage Doors, Electric Operators and Garage Door Spares in East Anglia. Whether it's a garage door for a new property or a replacement door, we are happy to help you with anything you need, including repairing an existing garage door. We can automate, repair and carry out annual servicing on existing garage doors, with a 12 month warranty on all replacement parts. Our professional installation staff have many years' experience with all makes of garage door and attend manufacturers installation courses when new products come into production, so we're always up to date with the latest technology and designs. As well as garage door installation, we also provide entrance doors, from Hormann, with a large range of styles and colours. We offer free on-site surveys to provide you with advice and a free quotation. We can provide accounts for our trade customers. We're also suppliers for some leading house builders, local authorities, builders' merchants and other specialist garage door installers. We really are the only garage door experts you need. i needed an up and over garage door repair. Excellent service and operatives who really knew what to do and executed the repairs and other work needed very impressively. They had all the right spare parts with them and extras just in case. All done quickly and to a good budget. Chris Collins

We actually initially used Essex Garage Doors 30 years ago, they did a great job then and still do now, they are very professional, all the paperwork is in order, they turned up when they said they would and they have done a superb job, we are very pleased and have no complaints whatsoever. We would absolutely recommend them to others.

I have 2 existing garage doors however it was a tight squeeze to get in, so I Googled for a garage door company and chose Essex Garage Doors Ltd, Witham as they were very local to me. They were very knowledgeable and advised me not to just buy the most expensive door, which was sound advice. The work needed for a wall to be removed and they recommended a builder who carried out the work at the beginning of this week, once that was done Essex Garage Doors came in and replaced the 2 doors in around 3 hours. I'm really happy with the work so would recommend them and use again if needed in the future.

We used Essex Garage Doors Ltd to install a new garage door for us and the installation of the door was excellent the staff that came to do the fitting wee phenomenal, they were very courteous and talked us through every step as the building the garage door was going on to was an old building so it wasn't a simple door to fit in. We were extremely happy with the outcome if there was one negative about the service it was the sales process itself, I found it rather slow and all the information given wasn't entirely clear, despite this, I would highly recommend the company.

I found using Essex Garage Doors Ltd excellent, they supplied me with a new garage door opener and are one of the best companies I have dealt with. They answered my emails to them promptly and professionally, I really can't fault them. The two chaps that came were very knowledgeable and nice and early which was great. I have had a very positive experience using them and would fully recommend them.

I had a bracket that broke off my door. Essex Garage doors said they could not get spares and offered me a new door at £1400. I went online and sourced a repair kit and completed the repair in 2 hours for £ 36.

I wanted a garage door to match my woodgrain windows and doors. They did this in the showroom, sent their surveyer to measure up and fitted it on time. Fitters were excellent as well. A1
