DO NOT BUY FROM TILEY MOTORS ... Worst experience of buying a used car in our entire life!!! The car broke down within weeks of purchasing and required a total engine replacement! After sales service was utterly appalling, they have had the car for MONTHS and staff do not answer calls or respond to emails. When you do manage to get hold of them you are fobbed off by lie after lie. They have clearly not heard of the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT but I can assure them we are fully aware of our rights and will be taking all the necessary steps to ensure our rights are met! Clearly they do not care one iota about their customers and are only interested in lining their pockets!! PLEASE BE WARNED: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!

I wiol never ever recommend them to any family or friends or anyone who is reading this. They are not professional at all but will rob you off. Please go to decent dealers. Once they sell you car than they dont know you after that. My car came with clutch amd timing belt problem which cost me £750 to get it fixed.

STAY AWAY......... We have bought a car from this garage. Lovely car unfortunately we can not drive it every time they have it for repair it comes back with another problem and it's not minor problems. Lovely staff until there is a complaint which is not surprising with a managing director like they have he is also rude, condescending, arrogant I could go on. They did give us a loan car while the had ours and the very next day I was pulled over by the police for no mot on said car. It was not out by a week or so I was nearly 6 months out, quoted by the md " our cars are checked weekly so they are road safe" if this is so how did the mot get looked over. We are now fighting for a refund watch this space. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

A family member bought a car from tileys recently and looks lovely but good looks don't drive the car for that you need an engine that works. Smug condescending staff who are happy to take your money at point of sale and when its goes tits up which apparently it will more often than not looking at other reviews. They claim that how could we know what would happen They lie and totally full of excrement. If I gave customer service like this in my job I would be selling the big issue the very next day. If I could give 0 stars I would STAY CLEAR.
