This has been the worst consumer experience of my life and I cant warn people against this company strongly enough. Im now £65 out of pocket having had a load of stress and hassle at the hands of a woman I can only assume has trained at the Fawlty Towers School of Customer Services. On 15th November I ordered and paid for a hamper to be sent as a Christmas gift to a relative in Spain. It wasn't dispatched until nearly a month after payment and arrived too late for Christmas present. When I complained, she was instantly hostile, unhelpful and soon descended to personal insults before blocking me entirely - hardly the actions of a mature or professional businessperson! Since my complaint, two members of staff have lied, insulted and harassed me, causing me untold stress and upset. Save your money and your sanity by shopping elsewhere - ANYWHERE else!!!
