We chose FTA Roofers as they were on a trusted site. They came to repair the valley as we had a leak. The quote they gave me was very competitive. FTA Roofers did a great job, They were very professional, friendly and they cleaned the front guttering after they had finished. I would use RTA Roofers again and would recommend them to anyone who need sthis type of work

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, with good quality workmanship. I'd had a leak and called them for a quote a few months ago, which they sent in the post. They stripped the whole roof of tiles and managed to put about 3/4 of the original tiles back, as well as replacing the ridge tiles. They also replaced the fascias, which was extra to the work first quoted. They did take some time to complete the work as they've been restricted to the amount of people they can have on site, due to Coronavirus, but they did keep me informed of when they'd be coming. They are coming back this week to finish off one little job. I would use them again and be happy to recommend them.

I called FTA Roofers to replace my roof on a gable end, the worked carried out was very good, good quality and the guys that did the work were very professional, especially at the moment during the Covid 19 situation, they socially distanced. My only critiscism, which I've discussed with the owner, was the communication, they would say they would be coming on a particular day, but didn't turn up, apparently this was due to them being let down by a supplier, but I felt they could have contacted me to let me know the situation. The end-to-end work was good, they provided the scaffolding, did the work and tidied up after themselves, taking away any rubbish, it was just let down by the customer service. I would recommend them, but would probably shop around if I need a roofer again myself.

I had my bedroom redecorated last year and new fitted wardrobes and during the last lot of bad weather there was a leak in my roof and water was coming in to my bedroom, I called FTA Roofers as an emergency, I was impressed with the speed, I called on Monday, they came round on Tuesday to have a look and give a quote and carried out the work on Wednesday. They replaced some battening and the underlay, and after the heavy rain last night there's no water coming in, so I'm pleased. I did feel the work was a bit expensive, but it was an emergency. I'd use them again and be happy to recommend them.

I googled local emergency roofers (as it was a Sunday) and FTA Roofers were one of the top ones so I gave them a call, Dave was really friendly and helpful so I didn't need to ring round any others, they were out the same day and did a good job leaving everything clean and tidy. Wouldn't give the top marks as their prices were a little expensive but I guess that's to be expected, especially in an emergency. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them to others.

I rang FTA Roofers to come and repair my roof and they were absolutely brilliant, they worked everything around me, they came out to give a quote and as it was quite a small job they did it there and then! They did exactly what needed doing, not coming up with more things that needed doing further and they even cleaned out my gutters for free, there was no mess left and they were a great crew. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. David and his guys are so lovely, I would give them 7 out of 5 stars!

I called FTA Roofers out to clean and treat my roof as the tiles are orange bu had got dirty due to weathering and moss. They did and great job and the roof looks much better now since the clean. I found FTA Roofers online and gave them a call to get a quote for some roof repairs. Luckily the man was only round the corner from us and was able to pop round to have a look before giving me the quote for the repairs. After we were happy with everything we got him and his team booked in. The service they provided was excellent I really couldn't have asked for better, they were prompt and turned up early on the day to start the work. They were courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done, they were generally just very good and gave a service we would recommend.
