It was absolutely terrible!!! I came to Nelsons because of a good feedback on internet, the studio looked very beautiful insede too so I thought my hair would be in good hands but it ended as a disaster! I came and showed some pictures and asked them if they can colour my hair like that (dark roots and very light/white ends) and it was confiremed that it would be absolutely no problem“! To make everything short, the whole thing should have cost £150, but at the end I was grey, with purple and brown accents. It was so terrible and I was so upset after their 4 hours of work, Briana didnt even take my money and as excuse she said: thats the lightest colour I could get! Not even a sorry. When I came home I had to wash my hair, because Briana mentioned I need to wash it, so itll become lighter, but it didnt, what kind of service and professional hairdresser are they? Brianna promised me that the manager (i suppose) will call me and invite me again, so maybe they can change so
