    Absolutely awful, I had booked a double appointment for cut and colour for myself and my daughter. The staff were rudeand abrupt. On entering early! and going to reception was grilled by an old hairdresser asking if I was sure I had an appointment, then indicates to a waiting area that was full (2 seats) waited half and hour no one looked at us, no one explained the reason for the wait, we were totally ignored while the staff stood about chatting. Will never set foot in this establishment again. Customer service nil.
