    Visited Bling Cosmetics,Willenhall Saturday 12th May 2012 and never again !!! I had asked for 12 head of highlights ( red ),to my horror when the lady removed my foils my natural brown hair

    we went for our massage as a couple, and were greeted by friendly lovely girls, and had a wonderful time, would throughly recommend this place to anyone.

    manager hasnt got a clue my hair is ruined after bleach was left on too long 1 14 after being combed through was only taken off because i asked for it to too checked hair now is brittle
