This is a great out of town hotel, ample parking, first class greeting at reception. I love the rooms the conference facilities upstairs. I would certainly return to this hotel without Q.

In the middle of leeds close to the shops, great fitness suite and swimming pool for the kids. clean and tidy rooms.
