Never ever use this company for your removals. The man who took the booking accepted the book and was very rude on the phone when i called several times to confirm booking and unprofessional. The company men arrived 45 minutes late and then told me they couldnt move despite being previously booked. They are a disgrace to removing companies of which i have used several and should be completely avoided.

Used this removal company to carry out a flat clearance in Springwell, Sunderland and this flat was like a hoarders paradise as it was full from floor to ceiling in rubbish and general household junk. This lot came over in 2 trucks and a team of 4 men and 1 lady and between the 5 of them they had it all cleared by the following day. So as house/flat clearance companies go these worked out a good firm to use.

Just had a full house, attic, shed and garage clearance carried out by these at my grand parents old house in Pennywell and they done a very thorough job indeed, they even cleared away all the carpets as I recon the carpets was as old as the house. Just used these to clear out a business premises we have just purchased in Sunderland City Centre and couldn't fault them. Over the 2 days they had used them i think they used 3 different vans and several team members and between the lot of them they had the place cleared with little to no hassle for anyone else passing the premises as the street is a nightmare with parking and pedestrians but they dealt with all the obstacles no bother. So yeah if the need should ever arise i would use again.

Saved my bacon!! Had a local man and van company booked to carry out a small move and on the day the company I had booked never showed up which put me in a very awkward position as you can imagine. I frantically called several other similar man and van services along with removal companies and all them said it was to short notice. This company told me they was also fully booked but then as they knew I was in an awkward position they called me back and said they could move some other jobs around and thus meant they could help me out. Needless to say I was over the moon. So my reason for his review is this. If your seeking a good moving company I would highly recommend you giving these guys a call. They was excellent throughout.
