Awful experience. Employment case, Richard Stephens. Wrong advice and he ruined the work I did, charged me for work not done. He knew I was going to complain and inflated the bill so he can pretend to give a twenty percent discount. He didn't tell me very important legislation and other claims I could bring and tried to force me to withdraw my claim. He defended the other side's rights. When I complained he wrote case notes that didn't exist before, based on my complaint but the new case notes exposed his mistakes even more. Don't go to him. He will ruin your case and charge you dearly for it. it will feel like being mugged in a dark alley. and he enjoys it.
