DO NOT USE! Absolutely awful service! I arranged an appraisal yesterday with Verity due to take place at 11am this morning. I sat outside the property for 10 minutes and nobody turned up. When I called their offices, they said they had been delayed and would be around 15 - 20 minutes. Had I not called, I would have been none the wiser. I did not receive any kind of notification about the delay. They did not show any remorse or regret. All I can say is they are highly unprofessional and I would steer well clear of them. I can only imagine how they treat buyers and tenants if this is how they treat sellers and landlords!

I am badly stuck with this agent and with Paul. I bought this property with tenants in 2019, trusting Ainsworth lord estates. Due to some issues, they said they have to vacate the tenants, they have vacated the tenants. Now the property has been empty since August 2020. I have been chasing them, but no updates. He keeps telling me that they must renovate, look for tenants, etc. I have agreed with everything that they told me, trusting them. I live far away from Blackburn and have trusted Paul and the team. He said he talking to Govt team about leasing. It is been 1.5 years still my property is empty. Paul doesnt pick up my calls, doesnt respond to my emails, and doesnt respond to my messages. I have to keep calling, and after months - he will say - I am working on it - there is no update, and thus I am not responding to you. Is this FAIR? If there is no update, will you not talk to your landlords at least once a month to give an update? I can provide all proof of all my emails

I found verity and deborah very good, they moved me into my flat quickly and the communication was good, there was a problem on moving day but this wasn't their fault and it was quickly rectified so I was happy, i would use them again thanks

I found Verity and the team in the office very professional and friendly, they moved me into a property within a few weeks and it was hassle free they helped me with the forms and moving in was simple and easy. There was some jobs that needed to be done in the house and this was done before I moved in. I would highly recommend

I could not be happier with Ainsworth Lords Estates. Had my viewing with Harold, he was very helpful and such a lovely man! Verity, well she is just amazing. She went above and beyond for me, was very very helpful, patient and extremely reliable. I am now getting my dream house and its all thanks to Veritys great work. She couldnt of done a better job!
