Founded in 1988, we manage over £180,000,000 of property in East Kent and with years of knowledge of the local property market we can provide an excellent service to tenants and landlords alike. Looking to rent a property? We work with hundreds of tenants, helping them to find the perfect property at the right price. Once registered, tenants will work with our staff to create an online rental search which will include all requirements. Once the property has been chosen it can be reserved and then once the tenancy agreement has been signed and 1st month's rent and deposit has been paid then tenants are free to enjoy their new home. If a tenant decides to move out of the property we will be there to help them with this process too. Looking to let a property? For landlords looking to let their property but who need some help we will be here. We provide three levels of property management. The first is the letting - only service whereby we will discuss your requirements and will go out and find the right tenant for your property and setting this tenancy up. The second is letting and rent collection service which includes finding the right tenant as above but also the collection of rent on a monthly basis and providing rental protection cover.
