We went on holiday and left the key to Carl confident to have a nice result, we couldn't be more wrong. First of all we arrived back around noon and find one of the guys working while standing on top of my tool box, there were 3 guys there and when they saw us there was a sense of huge panic in them and they gave us a very quick tour of the job and then disappeared. So we went to have a look and find out why: the job in first place was amateurish at best, then we find out that the 3 lads went through the drawers in the house, they used cutlery, dishes, oven and microwave without permission, there were glasses, cutlery and dishes left dirty around the house, we found things from the kitchen thrown in the back garden and around the house like they were rubbish, there was toilet paper in every room and the back garden , Carl said that they used it to blow their nose, mast have been a hell of a cold to use 7 toilet rolls. Things were broken, some have been refunded, but awful experience.
