"Alex and the team worked incredibly hard and fast doing my block paving driveway. In addition to the driveway, they put up a gate for me, some raised beds, laid a garden path and a large expanse of concrete for a shed and greenhouse base. They cleared a load of rubbish out the garden too. All in about 5 days Alex understood my vision of what I wanted, and he and his men were at the house from 8.30am until they lost the light at 5pm working flat out; all very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend you talking to Alex about your project"

Hi. I live in Cheadle Hulme and contacted A. W. Paving Ltd. for an estimate on my driveway. They came straight away, gave and emailed me the estimate. It was the best one so I gave them the job. They arrived on time and were very clean and professional. The work was finished on time. My partner and I are estatic about are new wall, patio and driveway. We would Highly recommend them, with 6 stars if we could, to anyone who wants their driveway doing. Many thanks guys.

"Excellent team of workers; 11 hours on first day. Best quote of 3 by a significant margin. Responded positively to on the job changes. Professional and friendly. When I said site must be wheel-chair friendly, Alex went out of his way to understand every detail of access requirements. He understood that the requirements were functional not cosmetic. Part of the site was paved; the final appearance was flat and clean. All debris was cleared. The final job was exactly as I had visualised."

Comments: "Thanks to Alex and his team for a great job on my concrete print drive.Really pleased with the result.I am in the construction trade so know what standards to expect,the lads were held back a bit due to the bad weather we've had recently but as soon as it cleared they were here laying the concrete and was completed in 2 days it's also worth noting that Alex wouldn't accept a penny until the job was complete.All the neighbours came out to see the finished result and Alex has 2 quotes.Thanks Alex we are really pleased and would recommend to anyone."

I cannot praise Alex and his team highly enough, their work ethic and professionalism are all outstanding and rare to find! We gave them a challenge in removing over 100 tons of soil/ concrete and rubble that was laid in the 1950s and producing in return a beautiful drive way, front, rear garden, new retaining walls and fences surrounding the property. The existing concrete was beyond repair with subsiding drive and retaining wall, this was removed along with high raised beds, rear patio, front crazy paving to be replaced by new concrete, new walls and fencing, resin and artificial turf. The result is fantastic and Alex is a true perfectionist and ensures his team carry out works to his and the customers complete satisfaction they are polite, work extremely hard and in all weathers to finish the job. Cannot praise highly enough and no money is paid until you are completely satisfied. Would highly recommend to any one. Thanks again guys for a beautiful garden I am now proud of.

Alex managed the project from start to finish. We provided a patterned patio which his lads did a fantastic job on. His lads went above and beyond to meet our requirements. Worked over 12 hours per day to complete the project to our timeframe. Very impressed with this company. Highly recommended.

Alex talked through the job before quoting and then gave us a written quote very promptly. Alex and his team turned up on the date we agreed the work would start. They installed new land drains, did extensive ground works including levelling a large garden, re-laying a large patio, re-tarmacing a drive and relaying two flagged paths. The team worked really hard every day, even through bad winter weather to keep progress on track. Alex monitored the work being done by his team and the work was done as agreed. Alex checked we were happy with the work as it progressed. When the work was complete the team cleaned up all the areas. The finished job looks good.

They originally did some work removing a load of bushes and turfing on my front lawn. I was so pleased that I had them back to widen my block paved driveway and do some extensive work on the back garden. They do what they promise, agree the job and the price upfront and most importantly do a great job. Even clean up afterwards! Very impressed and I highly recommend them.
