Truly terrible service, I think the main problem with this company is they are country wide so some areas might be good but you cannot rely on that. I was charged for 2 hours labour for 1 hour 9 minutes work and he has n't even fixed the problem. I am left with a hole hammered through my upstairs hallway and the leak through my ceiling is still present. He had no idea what he was doing and it cost me hundreds of pounds.

We had Lightworks out today as we came home to find water all over the kitchen floor. They arrived really quickly (thankfully) and found the source of the leak straight away. After obtaining a few quotes from local businesses we chose Sovereign Gas to replace our old Vaillant Combi boiler. Richard arrived on the day and time he said to discuss the work we would like carrying out. There was no pressure he just provided a few suggestions to the requirements we needed. Richard came out to give a quote for boiler replacement. He spent time actually looking at the job and what was required. Others did not bother! He was very polite, did not fob us off with extras. Quote was very competitive. We chose him to do work on his reputation, genuineness, politeness and of course quote. Day of installation, came at time stated, protected carpets and flooring. Work quality was superb, very neat, Richard and his colleague Josh worked non stop. Before leaving tidied up and put things back to as they were. They then explained how new boiler worked etc. Overall they clearly ensure their work is exceptional in quality, proud of their work, polite. Richard and his employees deserve the one word title in the heading "superlative" well done and thank you. Andy is a true professional carried out replacing our old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch and other jobs which needed to be done and should have been done by another installer when the old boiler was installed He is a true professional and explained all that was needed to be carried out and no mess left at the end of each day I would not hesitate in recommending the company to any one

Qualified in his Profession and Maintaining a High Standard. Andy gave me a quote, he was very helpful, did not rush me into anything. He emailed his quotation and Certificates. Andy replaced my old boiler for a new combi - plus 4 new radiators and a heated towel rail. I found him very efficient and extremely patient as I changed my mind twice on the type of new radiators and switch. He also changed my outside leaking tap and replaced with new and put an On/Off switch under my sink. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Andy.

Dean Shelfield Andy came up with a solution for our new heating system that others could only dream of . Very efficient worker , very freindly and explained everything thoroughly . Was here 5 days and was very clean and never left us without hot water while the transition was taking place and everything is working great . Would definitely reccomend to people.

We suspected a carbon monoxide leak from our boiler. Emergency British Gas engineer did not have required kit to test for poisonous gases so disconnected our boiler to be on safe side! Andy responded and attended scene during bank holiday weekend at short notice and confirmed poisonous leakage. He quoted for new boiler along with 3 others. The decision to go with Andy was easy, he is knowledgeable in his field, professional in his approach and helped us to identify and prioritise our needs. The title says it all. I have already recommended him to 2 friends who have used him and were very grateful for the recommendation.

We called Mr Cox on Friday evening with problem concerning oil boiler and he called us on Saturday morning and came out to fix the problem shortly after 10:00 am - he was very professional and I would recommend him and use him again.
