Martin did a fantastic job! Highly recommended as we thought the boiler was done for in the house we only moved in a week ago. It was previously badly serviced and Martin brought it back to life.

Plumber did an OK job but it was 12 minutes work. The credit controller was possibly the most dispicable, bombastic, awkward, rude, and thouroughly nasty person in the world. Don't use them unless you want you old crippled mother sold into slavery. They should be ashamed that they speak to people like this. For information the 12 mins work cost £140 and they add a late fee within 48 hours - really lovely to abuse our elderley in this fashion. Big warning never use them unless you are REALLY desperate.

Found Murray after searching for some customer reviews. He came out to quote me for a new boiler and also for an update of my bathroom (suite and installing a new shower enclosure). The quote he offered was mid-range and he did an exceptional job on removing the old stanley and replacing with a far more efficient external firebird boiler and a great job on the bathroom. Can fully recommend.

Found Murray on his website (www.localplumber.wales) and looked at all the reviews on various websites. Called him up to come and give us a quote on replacing our boiler. He wasn't the cheapest but we are very happy with the service and the quality of the work.
