Truly terrible service, I think the main problem with this company is they are country wide so some areas might be good but you cannot rely on that. I was charged for 2 hours labour for 1 hour 9 minutes work and he has n't even fixed the problem. I am left with a hole hammered through my upstairs hallway and the leak through my ceiling is still present. He had no idea what he was doing and it cost me hundreds of pounds.

Great service from start to finish. My blocked drain got sorted within a short space of time. Very friendly guy arrived and explained what problem was then fixed it in good time. Top job in freezing temperatures. Many thanks

Bad experience, phoned this company as my boiler wasn't working properly, the radiators were not heating, the engineer came out took the boiler apart then put the boiler back together said he had fixed the problem, the next few day's it was still the same, phoned a different company who came out and fixed the problem and bled the radiators now the problem is fixed, however the 2nd company commented that when the boiler was put together the first time it hadn't been done correctly. would not use this company again. plus they charged a bit much for nothing.

My boiler was making a load banging noise when starting , they came and sorted it the same day, cant thank them enough , the man was very polite and talked me through what was happening. I feel safe now its sorted

Phone this company to come out and look at my Gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 + VAT for call out, then I called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.

Very positive experience with Easi-Plum. We had a broken shower and a leaking system. The plumber came out and fixed it all. He made little mess, he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him too.

Rang this company up on a Saturday morning about a blocked drain from my bathroom/next door's kitchen. They arrived within 90 minutes and sorted it all out without any fuss. Just great!

Brilliant job!!! Excellent service from Gareth and his team in carrying out a job on an elderly relatives gas boiler installation. Took time to explain and show him how to use the boiler. Choosing a boiler with simple controls so as not to complicate use. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

After contacting Gareth he said he was able to come out and look at the boiler as it was dropping in pressure the next day, he came out and said he knew was problem was and would come back on the Monday. I found Whiterose Plumbing & Heating, Fife, online and called them to install a new boiler for me. The service they provided was very good and I'd definitely recommend them to others. The staff were very friendly and turned up when they said they would, when the boiler was installed they left no mess what so ever, overall a very good 5 star service.

We had a complicated boiler replacement involving replacing gas pipes across a stone floor in a small business so could not afford to run behind scehdule. Other quotes suggested running pipes around the skirting which we didn't want. J&E MacGregor started and finished in less than 4 days with minimum fuss for such a dirty job and concealed the pipes under the floor. Everything was done to estimate, on time and to a high standard. We have already used them again for another job with exactly the same professional results. We highly recommend them and thank Euan for keeping in touch and checking constantly that we were happy with the job.

I found J & E MacGregor to be an extremely good firm of plumbers to work with. Having used the company before I had no hesitation in going back to them when I needed to replace my boiler. I found them to be extremely friendly as well as being very reliable, punctual and clean and tidy.
