    We contracted Paul Williams of this company to refit a small bathroom in a retirement home for my Disabled elderly parents in law, because they had known the owner over many years and trusted him. Unfortunately the bathroom was left in a mess, after months of trying to get it completed, with no response to texts, emails and phone calls. He knew what a frail state my parents-in-law were in, and that they needed to move in to the apartment ASAP. We are now pursuing the repayment of the deposit through the courts. Shame on you for abusing an elderly couple!
